Position Overview
We are seeking a project manager that will support the Accounting & Finance team with development, planning, and execution of priority projects. In addition, this individual will perform a variety of administrative tasks for the CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller. This position will be based in our Houston, TX office and report to the Controller.
Core Responsibilities
Project Management
- Track and monitor cross-functional projects (e.g., employee training, tax and insurance deliverables, financial reviews) from inception to completion
- Coordinate vendor relationships, schedule meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables across departments
Accounts Payable
- Input new vendors (W‑9s and EFT information) into the accounting system
- Maintain a list of new operational agreements with key terms
- Prepare and distribute corporate credit card statements monthly
- Collect monthly corporate credit card expense reports from employees
- Assist with vendor payments as needed
Executive Support
- Manage calendars for Accounting & Finance leaders, set up meetings, forecast, and troubleshoot conflicts
- Arrange travel for Accounting & Finance leaders, including airfare, transportation, accommodation, and meals
- Prepare expense reports, gather receipts, and troubleshoot expenses
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience as a project manager and administrative professional supporting multiple executives
- Exceptional project management, time management and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mastery of MS Office 365 (Adobe Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
The salary range for this position will be $85,000-$95,000.
