Abby O’Shea
Abby serves as a strategic partner and counsel to Infrastructure Team leadership and staff. In this role, she manages operational activities, projects, and strategic planning to support work across the housing, energy and permitting, transportation, and state capacity portfolios.
Before joining Arnold Ventures, Abby spent four years working in the Biden-Harris administration. Most recently, she worked in the CHIPS Program Office at the Department of Commerce where she managed a Front Office team and served as the Executive Secretariat to the Investment Committee. Prior to CHIPS, Abby spent a year at the Office of Recovery Programs at the Department of the Treasury, working on the distribution and implementation of American Rescue Plan funds. She also spent 18 months working at the Council of Economic Advisers. Prior to her four years in government, she worked at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth.
Abby is a graduate of Georgetown University. Outside of work, she enjoys knitting and spending time with her partner and dog.
