Allie Salz

Allie serves as the Strategic Initiatives Fellow for Arnold Ventures. In this role, she advises the organization on strategy, planning, management, metrics, public policy, and politics.

Before joining Arnold Ventures, Allie led the Budget & Strategy team at the City of Sugar Land, where she worked on a range of matters including strategic planning, annual budgeting, strategic budget alignment, project finance, performance metrics, and policy analysis. Prior to that, she was a city management fellow where she developed organizational management and process improvement skills. She brings more than 7 years of government, strategy, and policy experience to the organization.

Allie holds an M.P.A. from the University of Kansas School of Public Affairs and Administration and a B.A. in political science from Colorado State University.
