Atreyi Bhaumik
Atreyi plays a key role in reviewing and tracking project and departmental budgets, evaluating prospective grantees, analyzing trends in grant-making activity, and supporting other strategic priorities of the finance team.
Before joining Arnold Ventures, Atreyi gained extensive experience at KPMG, where she led efforts to streamline client processes and enhance operational efficiency across various sectors. Her passion for social impact, which began with building a social enterprise during her college years, has driven her throughout her career. This commitment is evident in her work with multiple non-profits across the U.S., where she spearheaded projects aimed at driving economic development and creating measurable social impact. Atreyi is particularly dedicated to quantifying and analyzing the outcomes of these initiatives, ensuring that her work translates into tangible benefits for communities and fosters sustainable development.
She holds a master of public policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, where she also served as an International House Fellow and a bachelor of arts in economics with honors from the University of Delhi.
