Bridget Williamson

Bridget leads the Finance Team at Arnold Ventures, overseeing all financial activities and shaping the strategic agenda and funding practices. In her tenure, she has instituted organization-wide processes, policies and standards related to AV’s giving strategy and financial due diligence. In addition, she currently oversees the financial due diligence process for all of AV’s grantmaking, co-leads AV’s budgeting process for external giving and partners with leaders on various strategic initiatives within the organization.

In her prior role as director of finance, Bridget actively reviewed and monitored grant budgets, advised program teams on effective budget structures for contract, and analyzed financial trends across the organization. Her journey with Arnold began as a finance manager, where she laid the foundation for AV’s financial due diligence process for grantmaking by developing the organization’s first budget template and integrating financial review into proposal development.

Before joining Arnold Ventures, Bridget served as vice president of syndicated finance at Amegy Bank where she structured and syndicated Senior Credit Facilities ranging from $30 million to $250 million. Earlier, as assistant vice president of energy banking, she managed a $200 million asset portfolio focused on upstream and midstream segments of the industry.

Bridget holds a B.B.A in finance from Southern Methodist University.
