Carlton Johnson

Carlton provides strategic support and oversight for all accounts payable functions as part of the AV accounting team. In this role, Carlton facilitates and participates in the timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense report submissions. He also directs the processing of the company credit card payments and associated reconciliations, with an emphasis on continuous process improvement within these activities.

Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Carlton worked in the healthcare sector for the Memorial Hermann Healthcare system based in Houston, Texas. Over his career with MHHS, he worked in various progress roles within the areas of supply chain management, accounting/accounts payable, and strategic finance. In his most recent role as a financial analyst, he focused on the facilitation of physician contracting & related payments, financial reporting, and process improvement.

Carlton holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Houston, and a master of business administration from the University of Houston-Victoria.

Carlton resides in Houston, Texas and is an avid sports fan, particularly of basketball and football.
