Chelsea Shaffer
Chelsea provides legal support and guidance to a range of philanthropic program areas at Arnold Ventures with a focus on criminal justice initiatives.
Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Chelsea was an associate attorney at Wilkinson Stekloff LLP and Elsberg Baker & Maruri PLLC, working on complex commercial litigation and civil trials. She began her legal career as a federal judicial law clerk in the District of Connecticut.
Chelsea holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in history and visual art from Bowdoin College.
