Eboni Graham
Eboni develops and executes social media strategies tailored for each Arnold Ventures platform to promote the AV mission of maximizing opportunity and minimizing injustice and spotlight AV's grantmaking, research, and its outcomes. Her focus also includes audience growth and engagement and multimedia storytelling.
Eboni comes to Arnold Ventures with more than 10 years of experience in journalism, communications, and social media. Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, she served as the digital communications officer at the OECD Development Centre in Paris, France, where she also studies Global Communications with a focus in digital cultures at the American University of Paris. Prior to that role she worked as a copywriter and content producer in Houston.
Eboni began her career at the Amarillo Globe-News as the faith reporter. While at the Globe-News, she became a 2016 Texas Associated Press Managing Editors Award Winner (TAPME) by placing third in the deadline writing category for her coverage in Amarillo of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2015 same-sex marriage ruling.
She received a bachelor’s in English with a focus in creative writing and a minor in sociology from Texas A&M University, and earned a master's degree in journalism from Texas Southern University.
