Emmie Proctor

Emmie provides legal support and guidance to a range of philanthropic program areas at Arnold Ventures. Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Emmie worked as a corporate associate at Baker Botts L.L.P., where her practice focused on representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, Exchange Act compliance and general corporate matters.

She holds a J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. with highest honors from the Plan II Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
