Erin Larsen

Erin is responsible for reviewing and tracking project and departmental budgets, evaluating prospective grantees, analyzing trends in grant-making activity, and supporting the development of the finance team’s strategy and policies.

Erin comes to Arnold Ventures from the energy industry with more than 15 years of experience in both finance and technical engineering positions. She began her career with Fluor Corporation as a process engineer. After business school, she worked in multiple private equity portfolio companies in the energy industry, where she provided finance support for all aspects of company operations and commercial activity. She most recently served as manager of finance and business development at a midstream company, where she was responsible for budgeting and forecasting, project development, and board reporting.

Erin holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University.
