Fernando Cintra Lopes Carapeto

As part of the Data System team Fernando contributes with system improvements, data integrity, and gathering internal data insights.

Before joining Arnold Ventures, Fernando worked briefly at TotalEnergy supporting their team implementing a Power apps based system. During this period, he also created personalized Power BI dashboards and reports in order to provide TotalEnegy team’s a better grip of their data. While at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Fernando was part of Dr Lawrence Kwong’s team for 5 years working to provide liver cancer specimen analysis, describing the patient’s immune system interaction with tumors, and detailing that affects the outcome of the disease.

Fernando received his certificate in Google Data Analytics which adds SQL, Tableau, and R Skills, alongside more formal and structured methods to clean, aggregate, analyze, and create visualized data.
