Gillian A. Tisdale
Gillian provides strategic management of the Complex Care portfolio, which strives to reduce system fragmentation and improve coordinated care for individuals with complex needs. Her work centers on identifying, developing, and managing philanthropic partnerships while supporting overarching policy research and analysis.
Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Gillian was the director of product marketing at Wellthy, a digitally-enabled caregiver support solution, where she led strategic positioning and market expansion planning. She brings nearly a decade in health care strategy and health policy, including roles at the Center for American Progress, Ovia Health, and ZS Associates.
Gillian completed her master in public affairs at Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs with concentrations in domestic policy and health policy. During her time at Princeton, she was a Herman M. Somers Memorial Fellow and a Karl Edwin Prickett Fellow. She holds a bachelor of arts in philosophy and logic from Smith College.
