Hunter Kellett
Hunter leads Arnold Ventures’ efforts on Medicaid policy to promote evidence-based reforms that enhance efficiency while protecting beneficiaries and taxpayers. He works closely with state policymakers and stakeholders to identify drivers of health care costs and develop potential solutions. Since joining AV in 2019, Hunter has played a key role in building several health care portfolios aimed at lowering costs and improving payment incentives in Medicare and commercial insurance.
Before joining Arnold Ventures, Hunter served as a senior analyst on federal health care programs for the White House Office of Management and Budget. In this role, he provided analysis and recommendations to senior policy officials on changes to Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.
Hunter also has experience as a legislative budget analyst for the Georgia State Senate, focusing on health, human services, and criminal justice issues.
Hunter holds a master’s in public administration from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s in public policy from the University of Southern California.
