Jarrett Stoltzfus

Director of Infrastructure, Transportation

As the Director of Infrastructure, Transportation, Jarrett drives strategy development and execution of Arnold Ventures’ work to advance scalable solutions for more efficient and effective transportation systems.

Before joining Arnold Ventures, Jarrett worked for over fifteen years in the transportation sector. He previously worked in the private sector in policy roles at Terawatt Infrastructure, a commercial charging infrastructure provider, as well as Proterra, an electric vehicle and battery manufacturer. Prior to his time in the private sector, he also served on the executive team of Foothill Transit, a public transportation agency in Los Angeles County, and also held various roles at the Federal Transit Administration, part of the United States Department of Transportation.

He currently resides in Mount Rainier, Maryland, where he also serves on the City Council. He served as the City's Vice Mayor from 2022-2023.

Jarrett holds a bachelor of science in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Masters in Public Administration, both from Cornell University. In his free time, he is a frequent kayaker, cyclist, and skier, as well as an avid gardener and beekeeper.
