Jeremy Avins
Jeremy Avins leads Arnold Ventures’ Career Education and Training portfolio. In this role, he oversees strategic efforts to identify and scale programs and policies that help Americans access good jobs, meaningful careers, and economic mobility.
Jeremy brings more than a decade of public, private, and social impact leadership experience. Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Jeremy managed workforce development programs in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains, where he oversaw Bipartisan Infrastructure Law-supported initiatives to build the next-generation clean energy and manufacturing workforce. Before that, he was a principal at Redstone Strategy Group, a social impact consultancy, where he founded the firm’s Economic Mobility practice and New York office. He also has worked at Hope Enterprise Corporation and Credit Union (a community development financial institution based in Jackson, MS) and the White House Office of Management and Budget.
Jeremy earned master’s degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s from Yale University.
