Justin Lowe

Justin is the assistant general counsel of Arnold Ventures, overseeing the Legal Team and providing solutions-oriented legal advice and counsel for all of the organization’s programs.

Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Justin was a partner with Ernst & Young, LLP, where he advised private foundations, grantmaking NGOs, and advocacy, healthcare, higher education and scientific research organizations. He has also served in various government roles, including as the technical advisor to the IRS Tax-Exempt and Government Entities Division Commissioner and as acting attorney-advisor in the Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy, focusing on tax-exempt organization issues.

Justin holds an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University, a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a B.S. in business administration from Creighton University.
