Kim O’Sullivan
Kim executes on cross-operational team projects and ensures coordination across the Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Grants teams on process and system improvements. In this role, Kim also identifies and implements refinements to the data infrastructure related to Arnold Ventures’ philanthropic activity and ensures adherence to a data integrity framework by defining audit practices and technological controls.
Kim graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She interned at the Policing Project at New York University School of Law and the Brennan Center for Justice. She was also a managing editor for the Journal of Law & Social Problems. Before law school, Kim was a political science research assistant at the University of Notre Dame and Stanford University, where she assisted with database creation and performed quantitative analyses.
Kim holds a master's in political science from Stanford University and a bachelor's in political science from the University of Notre Dame.
