Kristen Flack

Kristen is responsible for designing and implementing an operational grantmaking infrastructure to support Arnold Ventures’ evolving grantmaking activity. Kristen first joined Arnold as grants manager, where she oversaw grant reporting for the Health portfolio and developed grants management tools, technology systems, and trainings.

Before joining Arnold Ventures, Kristen was a Senior Community Manager with MassChallenge, a global nonprofit startup accelerator. Prior to her time at MassChallenge, she worked at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston as a Senior Development Officer, where she managed the Museum’s corporate fundraising activities, donor stewardship strategies, and special fundraising projects.

Kristen graduated from the University of Houston Honors College with a bachelor of arts in english.
