Lauren Devore

As part of the People and Culture team, Lauren administers the organization’s employee benefits plans, oversees the payroll function, and provides support to the AV team regarding employee relations and coaching. She works to enhance the employee experience by identifying and implementing innovative and best practices within the employee benefits, payroll, and employee relations space.

Lauren comes to Arnold Ventures with almost two decades of experience in human resources and payroll. Most recently, Lauren worked for a private independent law school in Houston, where she oversaw all functional areas of human resources, including benefits administration and payroll. While there, one of her main goals was to support recruitment and retention efforts by providing a vigorous and comprehensive benefits package that supported the ever-changing needs of the law school community.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baylor University. In her free time, she is an avid reader and loves watching college football.
