Lauren Kuenstner
Lauren develops and oversees strategic investments for the Medicare Sustainability and Provider Payment Incentives portfolios as part of the Health Care team at Arnold Ventures.
Before joining AV, she worked at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where she led the design and development of the ACO Primary Care Flex Model, which will be the first test of population-based payments for primary care in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Prior to the ACO Primary Care Flex Model, she led the implementation of the Next Generation ACO Model.
Lauren has also worked at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), where she provided analytics, advocacy, and technical assistance to academic medical centers participating in bundled payment models.
Lauren holds an MPH in health management and policy from the University of Michigan and a BA in economics from Wake Forest University.
