Lee-Lee Ellis
Lee-Lee develops and oversees strategic investments to support health care payment and delivery system reform. Before joining Arnold Ventures, she worked as a researcher at Mathematica. In this role, she contributed to the evaluations of federal health care programs that aimed to lower health care spending and improve health outcomes, and she provided technical assistance to federal grantees implementing care delivery changes.
Lee-Lee previously worked at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, where she focused on enhancing effective stakeholder engagement in comparative effectiveness research.
Lee-Lee hold as Ph.D. in health policy and bioethics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as a master’s in bioethics from New York University and a bachelor’s in philosophy from Colgate University.
