Megan Kimmitt
Megan provides strategic direction for Arnold Ventures’ brand and creative. She supports the communications team’s digital initiatives and partners with programmatic teams to deliver the organization’s story to its audiences.
Before joining AV, Megan made significant contributions as the creative director for AHIP, a health care advocacy association. Her impact at AHIP was far-reaching, including leading the organization’s rebrand and website redesign, spearheading tactical digital advocacy campaigns, and producing a nationally filmed video podcast series. Her expertise extends beyond the health care sector, having served the Veteran, federal government, and energy sectors as a creative leader and brand strategist.
Outside of her professional role, Megan is a dedicated community leader. She currently serves as the President of AIGA’s D.C. Chapter Board of Directors, overseeing board operations and programming to support local creatives and participating in strategic discussions with the AIGA National board. She is also a valued member of Northern Virginia Community College’s Advisory Board for their Graphic Design program.
Megan lives with her husband and two children in the D.C. metro area. She starts each day with The New York Times word games and a strong iced coffee.
