Molly Clayton
Molly leads Arnold Ventures’ bipartisan and data-driven efforts to ensure all Americans have access to their preferred contraceptive method. In this role, she builds strategic collaborations with research and advocacy organizations in communities across the country to advance promising policy solutions that will result in streamlined access to affordable contraception and improved health and economic outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
She brings to Arnold Ventures more than 20 years of professional experience in strategic policy and advocacy aimed at improving education and health outcomes.
Previously, she co-led the merger of three organizations into Healthy Futures of Texas, where she subsequently served as chief strategy officer and oversaw strategic planning and management across the entire operation. She has also served in leadership positions at the Texas Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy and the Texas Partnership for Out of School Time.
Molly holds a master's of business administration from the University of Manchester and received her bachelor's of arts from the University of Texas.
