Natilee Festa
Natilee provides strategic support and helps manage the Clinical Trials portfolio of Drug Policy reform on the Health Care Team. Her work includes identifying investment opportunities to increase transparency in clinical trials and conducting policy research to strengthen drug and biologic innovation through administrative action.
Before joining Arnold Ventures, Natilee worked on health policy at ICF as a manager of public policy in the Regulatory Policy and Economics division. She worked on public comment projects for the Department of Health and Human Services, helping shape regulatory policy from the notice of proposed rulemakings, through comment analysis and summary, to final rule publication. She also served as the policy coordinator for the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, where she connected environmental science research to policy action in Washington, D.C. Previously, Natilee worked at a lobbying firm as a legislative analyst and completed internships on Capitol Hill and at the U.S. Embassy to Italy in Rome.
Natilee received her master’s in Italian studies at Georgetown University and her bachelor’s degree in Italian and linguistics from the University of Florida.
Natilee lives in Arlington, VA with her partner and their dog, Hazel. In her free time Natilee enjoys playing tennis, watching tennis, and talking about tennis.
