Scott Hodge is a Tax and Fiscal Policy Fellow at Arnold Ventures, where he focuses on advancing high-quality research to support policymakers in crafting sustainable, equitable, and effective legislative solutions. With decades of experience in public finance, taxation, and economic policy, Hodge is a respected expert in fiscal policy and a trusted advisor on tax reform.

Before joining Arnold Ventures in January 2025, Hodge served as the President and CEO of the Tax Foundation for 24 years. Under his leadership, the organization became one of the most influential voices in tax policy research and analysis. He spearheaded efforts to provide clear, data-driven insights into how tax policies impact economic growth, government revenue, and individual taxpayers. His work played a pivotal role in shaping national debates on tax reform, including major legislative efforts at the federal and state levels.
