Tannera George
Tannera develops and leads the strategic events portfolio that advances Arnold Ventures’ mission. She partners with internal teams and external partners to create experiences that inspire meaningful conversations on critical societal issues.
Before joining Arnold Ventures, Tannera managed events on a global scale for the Meridian Institute and the Society for Neuroscience, driving large-scale conferences, international convenings, and key strategic initiatives for high-impact programs.
A Memphis native with a strong background in Washington, D.C.'s nonprofit sector, she brings a wealth of expertise in both strategic alignment and logistical excellence. Tannera earned a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), certified by the Events Industry Council.
