Victoria (Torie) Ludwin
Torie Ludwin develops communications for several portfolios and programs at Arnold Ventures including higher education, contraceptive choice and access, evidence-based policy, democracy, climate, and organ donation.
With a background in marketing, communications, and freelance writing, Torie was most recently an award-winning communications director at a mid-size nonprofit in Houston with a social justice arm. Prior to that role, she wrote marketing campaigns for a health care organization in the Texas Medical Center, and she had a career agency-side as a writer in New York. As a freelance writer, she has covered urban design, air quality, transportation, art, architecture and books.
Torie serves on the board of Gulf Coast Journal of Literature and Fine Arts and was an executive board member at Lawndale Art Center. She received her master’s of fine arts at The New School and her bachelor’s in English at Trinity College in Connecticut.
