Wendy Wei
Wendy develops and manages a research portfolio focused on using rigorous, causal methods to identify social policies and programs that improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.
Before joining Arnold Ventures, she worked at Abt Global, where she used quantitative methods to examine the implementation and impact of early education and care initiatives for local, state, and federal government agencies. Prior to Abt Global, Wendy was a SRCD Policy Fellow at the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and a program assistant at the Institute of Education Sciences within the US Department of Education.
Wendy holds a PhD in education from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in human development from Cornell University.
