Arnold Ventures and the National Partnership for Pretrial Justice are accepting proposals for research on the role of prosecution and prosecutorial decisions at various points along the criminal justice process.
We will consider proposals that:
- Assess prosecutorial policies or practices that aim to change outcomes around one or more of the five prosecutorial decision-making points; and/or
- Examine how prosecutors use their discretion at one or more of the five prosecutorial decision-making points; and/or
- Document and analyze racial disparities in one of the five prosecutorial decision-making points and efforts to reduce those disparities.
The deadline for letters of intent is July 1. Notifications of invitations to submit full proposals will be sent on July 30.
